摘要
河南油田张店区块地层倾角较大,岩性破碎,易斜、易垮,钻探难度较大,下第三系地层含油层位多,单层含油面积小。1999年引进了大斜度定向井钻井工艺技术,2年来先后在张店、官庄、孙岗等地区施工了近20口井,基本无井下复杂情况发生,电测成功率大于80%,平均井径扩大率除先期施工的几口井较大外,其他井均在10%左右。总结了河南油田大斜度定向井钻井液的施工经验,以及井眼净化、井壁稳定和润滑防卡3个关键技术问题的解决方法。张店地区直井段采用聚合物不分散低固相钻井液,斜井段采用聚合物-正电胶-混油钻井液,目的层段采用保护油气层钻井完井液。施工经验表明,选择合理的钻井液流变参数、采用适当的钻井液环空返速、配合适时短程起下钻具是解决井眼净化的3项主要技术措施;选择适当的钻井液体系和密度可以解决大斜度定向井的井壁稳定问题;低荧光润滑剂ZRH-2和白油复配使用,既能满足大斜度定向井工程施工要求,也能满足探井地质录井对钻井液低荧光的要求,同时又有利于环境保护;张店地区属低孔低渗储层,保护油气层工作尤为重要。
The formation dip angle is very high in Block Zhangdian of Henan oilfield, and the formation is fragmental, thus deflecting and collapse are likely to happen, and field drilling is very difficult. High angle directional well drilling technology has been adopted since 1999 in this area, and in the recent two years, over 20 wells have been drilled and no serious downhole troubles were encountered. Besides, the success ratio of logging was over 80% and the average hole enlargement was around 10%, except the several beginning wells. The key technologies on hole cleaning, hole stability and lubrication were focused in this paper, and drilling fluid systems were briefed, e. g. , non-dispersing and low solids polymer drilling fluid was used in the vertical interval, polymer-MMH-oil mixing drilling fluid was used in the deviated interval, and the formation protecting drill-in fluid was selected in the pay zone. It was showed that by optimizing drilling fluid rheological parameters, using suitable annular return velocity, and combining with short tripping, the problem of hole cleaning could be solved. The problem of hole stability could be solved by selecting suitable drilling fluid systems and mud density. Low fluorescence lubricating agent ZRH-2 used with white oil, could meet the requirements of engineering and logging, at the same time, it was good for the environment.
