义187井三开高密度抗高温钻井液技术

摘要 义187井是济阳坳陷沾化凹陷渤南洼陷义187断块的一口评价井,完钻井深3980m。三开钻遇膏岩及泥膏岩,地层蠕变快,起下钻遇阻情况频频发生,严重者卡钻;膏岩的溶解使钻井液体系易受污染,钻井液性能恶化;井底温度高,使用高密度钻井液施工难度大。通过优选聚胺抗高温防塌钻井液体系,配合现场钻井液维护处理工艺,顺利完钻,无复杂事故发生。测试表明,日产原油185.2t,天燃气13400m3,取得了良好的工业油流。 Yi 187 well was an appraise well,and it was located in Yi 187 block on Bonan Sag in Zhanhua depression of Jiyang depression. Total depth was 3980 m. Down- hole troublesome condition of blockage during tripping occurred frequently because creep rate of gypsolyte and creaming drilling fluidstone was quick in third interval,the worst case was sticking. rheology behavior was aggravated because of dissolution of gypsolyte. The construction difficulty was very great in conditions of high density because downhole temperature was very high.After polyamine drilling fluid with anti- temperature and anti- caving ability was optimized to aim at formation character and coustruction difficulty,the well was finished successfully with the cooperation of wellsite drilling fulid technology and techniques. Test oil result showed that the well delivered 185. 2t oil a day and 13400m3 gas a day.
