摘要
用伊朗减三线未脱蜡润滑油馏分为原料进行了NMP溶剂精制的研究 ,用正交设计法较深入地安排了溶剂比、溶剂含水量及抽提温度等因素的试验过程 ,并采用多元二次回归方程式回归了精制油收率及质量与操作因素的关系 ,用非线性规化确定出最优NMP精制操作条件。说明了纯NMP具有良好的溶解能力及选择性 ,也说明了可用含水量为 1%的NMP代替纯NMP进行溶剂精制的原因。
NMP solvent refining of vacuum cut 3 non-dewaxed lube stock distillate from Iran were carried out.Experiment conditions,e.g.solvent-oil ratio,water content in solvent and extraction temperature were designed by rectangular array.The models among quality,yield and operation conditions were established by polynary quadratic regression.The optimum operation conditions were given out by non-linear programming.The study showed that the pure NMP had good dissolving ability and selectivity,pointing that the reasons that the NMP containing 1 percent water could replace the pure NMP in solvent refining.
