摘要 中东地区原油储量丰富、产量大,我国有可能大量进口。中东各国原油虽然轻重不一,但把它们按API度分为4类后,每一类原油性质都很接近。各国原油相差较多的为硫含量(<1~3.5%)和重金属Ni+V含量(<0.5~146.5μg/g)。中东原油轻烃含量高,应注意气体回收和加工,尤其是异构化。中间馏分倾点低,应多生产低凝产品,但必须脱硫。对VGO要选择适合加工高合硫原料的工艺,如加氢裂化等,而中东VGO可以用常规工艺生产润滑油;渣油很难加工,在条件允许情况下,最好买较轻质原油或用来生产沥青。 Abstract Middle. east crude oil is rich in reserve and high in production, of which China will probably import increasing amounts in the future. The crude oils produced in middle east countries, though vary remarkably in density,can be devided in to 4 classes in accordance with their API gravity. The properties of the crude oil are quite similar to the others in the same class. The crudes from different countries vary significantly in sulfur content (1~3.5%) and metal (Ni+v) content (0.5-146.5μg/g) The light hydrocarbon content of middle east crude is in general quite high and,thus,great attention should be paid on gas recovery and gas processing, especially isomerization. The pour point of the middle distillates is commonly low, so the production of low pour point liquid products should be emphasized but desulfurization is a necessity. For VGO, processes adaptable for high sulfur feedstocks, such as hydrocracking, is the best choice. Middle east crudes can be used to produce lube oil by conventional processes, however, its vacuum residlle is difficult to upgrade. If situation permit,it would be better to purchase light middle east crude or to produce asphalts from the residue.
