摘要 目的 探讨NBCA生物胶血管内栓塞治疗的脑动静脉畸形的临床效果。方法 对 2 81例脑动静脉畸形栓塞治疗后进行随访 ,临床随访 2 81例 ,脑血管造影复查 91例 ,MR或CT复查 1 90例。结果  2 81例病人临床随访治愈 2 58例 ,好转 2 1例 ,复发 2例。 91例行脑血管造影复查 ,86例见畸形团完全消失 ,3例栓塞程度达 90 %以上 ,2例复发 ,进一步行γ 刀放射治疗后痊愈。 1 90例行MR或CT检查 ,未见复发。结论 血管内栓塞治疗脑动静脉畸形是一种安全。 Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of endovascular embolization of cerebral arteriovenous malformation with NBCA. Methods Follow up was performed to 281 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformation with NBCA embolization. In addition to clinical follow up of all patients, 91 cases underwent repeated DSA cerebral angiography and 190 cases underwent MR or CT scaning. Results Of 281 patients, 258 were cured, 21 had great improvement, 2 recurred. 14 cases lowed epilepsy, 7 cases with headache had great improvement, 2 cases happened hemarrage agian and the symptoms disappered soon after treatment. DSA cerebral angiography performed in 91 cases found the nidus of 86 cases disappeared, the nidus of 3 cases were embolized up to 90%, 2 cases recurred. These 2 patients were treated with γ knife and were cured. 190 cases with MR or CT scan did not show recurrence. Conclusions The method of endovascular emdolization to treat the cerebral arteriovenous malformation is safe, reliable and effective.
