摘要
目的通过动物实验,观察不同长度自体静脉移植对管壁细胞增殖的影响。方法将兔自体股静脉分别取10、15、20mm倒置移植到同侧股动脉,修复动脉缺损。术后第1、2、4周取材,观察移植静脉组织学变化并进行免疫组化检查。结果移植后静脉内皮细胞修复管腔,中膜平滑肌层数增多,弹力纤维增生,但仍保持血管壁的3层结构。随着移植血管长度的增加,内膜增生明显,中膜胶原纤维组织增多,内皮细胞修复不完全,弹力纤维增生减少。结论移植血管长度过长,可能加重移植血管的病理改变。
Objective To investigate effect of different l engths of autologous vein grafts on c ellular hyperplasia on vein walls th rough animal experiment.Methods A total of 27adult rabbits were used.The femoral vein segments of 10,15an d 20mm were harvested and used in 3groups as transplants for the rep air of their femoral arterial defects.The grafted veins were checked immunohistochemically and observed histologically after 1,2and 4weeks.Results The inner layer of the vessels of the g rafted venous segments were repaire d by the endothelial cells,smooth muscle cells increase d in the media layer and the elastic fibers proliferated.The three laminae structure of the grafted vascular wall could still be identified.Alon g with the increase of the length of th e grafted venous segments,the intim ae proliferated obviously.The fiber tissues increased in the media and th e hyperplasia of elastic fibers were seen.Conclusion The excess of the length of the grafte d venous segments may aggravate the changing of pathology of the grafted veins.
