摘要
目的 了解多媒体技术在妇产科健康教育中的应用情况。方法 将 32 0例患者随机分为两组各 16 0例 ,以一般健康教育组为对照组 ,采用多媒体实施健康教育组为观察组 ,教育后进行问卷调查。结果 观察组的患者在住院常识、疾病知识、饮食卫生、用药指导、活动休息、检查指导、术前术后护理、出院后康复护理等方面掌握率明显高于对照组的患者 ,两组掌握率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 在整体护理中应用多媒体软件进行健康教育 ,对疾病的治疗和康复起到了辅助作用 ,具有实用价值和推广价值。
ObjectiveTo take stack of the application of health education through multi-media in gynecology and obstetrics.Methods320 patients were randomly divided into two groups evenly: half of them as the experimental group receiving health education through multi-media and the other half as controls through conventional health education.ResultsThe patients in multi-media health education group showed more significant understanding than those controls in view of admission education, knowledge of diseases, diet education, guidance for medication, rest and activities, guidance of examination, perioperative nursing, education for checkout ( P <0.01).ConclusionIn holistic nursing, health education via multi-media is supplementary in treating diseases and getting rehabilitated, of practical value and thus worth wide application.
