摘要
用非水滴定法,Hammett系列指示剂测定了COS水解催化剂表面上的碱强度分布。结果发现,碱金属与碱土金属氧化物对γ-Al_2O_3表面的碱强度分布和碱量有调变作用,但调变结果稍有不同,碱金属氧化物对碱量的增加较为明显;碱土金属氧化物对碱强度的增加较为明显,且碱强度H_0≥6.8的碱量与COS水解催化剂在55℃下的活性有较好的线性关系。
Using a series of Hammett indicators and non-aqueous titrimetry the distribution of basicity on the surface of COS hydrolysis catalyst was determined. It was observed that alkali metal oxides and alkaline-earth metal oxides were capable of adjusting the distribution of basicity and the amount of base on the surface of γ-Al_2O_3. The results of adjustment, however, were slightly different. Alkali metal oxides have more obvious influence on increasing the amount of base while alkaline-earth oxides exert stronger influence on increasing the basic strength. On the other hand, there is a good linear relationship between the catalytic activities at 55℃ and the amount of base at a basic strength of H_0≥6.8.
