摘要
为比较 Mc Kenzie法与关节松动术对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗疗效 ,回顾分析了 1999年 6月至 2 0 0 0年 9月同济医院用关节松动手法治疗的腰椎间盘突出症 40例 ,与 2 0 0 0年 10月至 12月用 Mc Kenzie法治疗的腰椎间盘突出症 40例 ,将治疗时间、费用及疗效等相关资料进行统计学分析。发现 Mc Kenzie法的治愈时间及费用均少于关节松动术 (P<0 .0 1) ,但两组总疗效无显著差异 ,说明 Mc Kenzie法治疗腰椎间盘突出症见效快、花费低 ,是一种经济高效的方法。
To compare the therapeutic effects of McKenzie maneuver and joint mobilization for lumbar disc protrusion patients, 40 cases of lumbar disc protrusion who received joint mobilization during June, 1999 and Sep. 2000 and 40 cases of lumbar disc protrusion who received McKenzie maneuver during Oct. 2000 and Dec. 2000 in our department were analyzed. The treatment duration, cost and the effectiveness of the two methods have been compared. The results showed that the cost of Mckenzie maneuver group was significantly lower than that of the joint mobilization group (P<0.01), while the effectiveness of the two groups remained the same (P>0.05 ). The conclusion is that Mckenzie maneuver is a cheaper therapy for lumbar disc protrusion than joint mobilization.
