摘要
为评价McKenzie法结合推拿、牵引疗法对神经根型颈椎病的疗效。将108例患者随机分为观察组54例,采用McKenzie法结合推拿、牵引疗法治疗,对照组54例,采用推拿、牵引疗法治疗,4个疗程后进行疗效比较。结果观察组的治愈率及有效率均高于对照组,治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。表明综合治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效更佳。
To evaluate the curative effect of McKenzie Therapeusis (MKT) combined Manipulation and Draught for cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. 108 patients were divided into two groups (n=54 cases each), treatment group treated by MKT combined manipulation and draught therapy and control group just by manipulation and draught therapy. Curative effect was compared after four courses of treatment. The results showed: Treatment group was higher than control group in cure rate and effective power, better in therapeutic result. It showed that curative effect was better with combined therapy for cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy .
