摘要
本文对从铬革屑中提取胶原产物制备助鞣剂的方法进行了探讨。结果表明 ,用石灰处理铬革屑从中提取胶原产物 ,用乙醛酸对胶原产物进行改性 ,可得到一种强阴离子弱阳离子型可生物降解的铬鞣助剂。采用该助鞣剂在软化后处理裸皮 ,可进行无盐浸酸铬鞣 ,可使铬鞣废液中的铬降至 0 .1 3 0gCr2 O3/l,使革的收缩温度与丰满度明显增加。
The preparation of auxiliary tanning agent from chrome shavings has been studied in this paper. It has been shown that the slightly hydrolyzed collagen can be extracted from chrome shavings by the treatments with lime liquor, and a degradable auxiliary tanning agent with more anionic groups can be obtained by modifying the extracted collagen with glyoxalic acid. When the bated pelts are treated with the auxiliary tanning agent, it can be pickled without addition of salt, and then directly chrome-tanned. The chrome content in the residual liquor can be reduced to 0 130?g?Cr 2O 3/l. The fullness and the shrinkage temperature of the leather can be prominently increased by the treatment.
