摘要
本文观察了血府逐瘀汤中药对川芎和赤芍合用及川芎、赤芍单用对高脂大鼠血症降脂、抗氧化及对血管内皮细胞功能的影响。结果表明 :两药合用及单用均明显降低血清胆固醇、甘油三脂和低密度脂蛋白。对高密度脂蛋白没有影响。提示在降脂作用方面 ,两药没有协同作用。川芎、赤芍分别单用 ,对MDA活性及NO的释放均没有影响 ,但合用血清MDA活性降低 ,NO释放增加 ,与高脂模型组比较 ,差异有显著性意义。结果提示 :两药在抗氧化及保护血管内皮细胞功能方面 ,产生协同作用。
Effects of compatible application of RHIZOMA CHUANXIONG and RADIX PAEONIAE RUBRA on regulation of lipid metabolism, scavenging of free radicals and protection of vascular endothelium in rat with hyperlipidemia were investigated. It was found that compatible application of RHIZOMA CHUANXIONG and RADIX PAEONIAE RUBRA reduced total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein, which was obtained by single use of RHIZOMA CHUANXIONG and RADIX PAEONIAE RUBRA, respectively.Conceming scavenging of free radicals and protection of vascular endothelium, compatible application of RRHIZOMA CHUANXIONG and RADIX PAEONIAE RUBRA decreased the malondiadehyde (MDA) with increased release of nitric oxide, but single use of RHIZOMA CHUANXIONG and RADIX PAEONIAE RUBRA did not indicate the same actions,which suggested that compatible application of the two drugs can create a synergism.
