摘要
采用均匀设计的实验方法 ,确定松香在骨架镍上催化加氢制备氢化松香的最佳工艺条件是 :温度为 170℃ ,压力为 5 .0MPa ,催化剂用量为占松香质量的 5 .0 % ,溶剂质量分数为 5 0 % ,反应时间为 10 0min ,搅拌转速为 60 0r/min。在消除外扩散影响的情况下 ,骨架镍显示出与贵金属钯 /炭催化剂相似的活性 ,而且寿命长 ,重复使用 10次催化活性基本保持不变。文中还介绍了间歇法生产氢化松香具有投资少。
The optimal processing conditions of hydrogenated rosin prepared by catalytic hydrogenation of rosin on Raney′s nickel have been confirmed to be temperature 170 ℃,pressure 5.0 MPa,catalyst content 5.0%(based on rosin weight),solvent content 50%(based on solution weight),reaction time 100 min,agitating velocity 600 r/min with the experimental method of uniform design.Raney′s nickel demonstrates the similar activity to that of noble metal Pd/C catalyst,and the long life span that its catalytic activity keeps intact basically after being reused for 10 times under the circumstance of eliminating external diffusion influence.The paper also introduces that the intermittent hydrogenated rosin preparation method has merits such as little investment,flexible and changeable preparation and so on.
