摘要
采用均匀设计法探讨了松香催化加氢制备氢化松香的影响因素 ,得到了温度为 15 0℃ ,压力为 5MPa ,溶剂含量 (占溶液质量 )为 5 0 % ,催化剂含量 (占松香质量 )为 0 .14%的最佳工艺条件。
The affecting factors of producing hydrogenated rosin in catalytic hydrogenation of rosin have been investigated with the method of Uniform Design. The optimal processing conditions such as temperature, pressure, solvent content (based on solution weight) and catalyst content(based on rosin weight) are 150 ℃,5.0 MPa,50% and 0.14% respectively,have been gained.
