摘要
用中子通量为1.85×101^(11)—1.56×10^(13)N/cm^2的快中子辐射生长旺盛的红豆草愈伤组织,然后转移至含30、40、50、60和70%海水的LS-1固体培养基上进行选择。选择得到的TS-9050、TS-1150和TS-1460三个耐盐变异系,抗盐性有显著提高,并在含70%的海水培养基上保持了分化为再生植株的能力。
Callus of sainfoin (Onobrychis viciaefolia Scop) was radiated by fastneutron at 1.85×10^(11)--1.56×101^(10) N/cm^2, and then was transfered onLS-1 solid medium containing 20%, 40%, 50%, 60% or 70% artificialseawater (ASW) and selected. Selected salt-tolerant callus lines TS-9050,TS-1150 and TS-1460 have higher salt-resistant than control and thepoteatiality of differentiation into whole plantlet on LS-2 solid mediumcontaining 40--70% artificial seawater.
