文章概述了合同能源管理—EMC的内容及自1997年以来在我国许多工业部门推广实施概况,并认为有色金属行业是重要的能源消费部门,且发展迅速,实施“EMC”不仅需要而且可能。
This paper sketches out the contents of Energy Management Contract(EMC),presents a brief account of practice of pursuing EMC in many industrial sectors, and holds that pursuance of EMC is not only needful,but also feasible as domestic nonferrous metals industry has been an important energy-consuming industrial sector.
