摘要
在 1 0 g固定床反应器中对 PVC在惰性气氛下的热解脱氯特性及有关工艺参数进行考察 ,并研究了热解终温 ( FPT)对 PVC热解产物产率的影响。实验结果表明 ,在温度为 30 0℃ ,反应时间为 3h,升温速率为 5℃ /min条件下 ,PVC中大部分的氯可脱除 ,脱氯率可达 90 % ,另有约 1 0 %的氯残留在液体产物及固态残渣中 ,且升温速率越慢 ,分解程度越大 ,反应的起始分解温度也越低。随着热解终温的提高 ,可燃气体产率增大 。
The characteristics of PVC pyrolysis dechlorination were studied in 10g fixed bed reactor under different operating conditions such as operating temperature, operating time, heating rate, and final pyrolysis temperature. It is found that about 90% chlorine in PVC can be effectively removed within 3h with heating rate of 5℃/min at 300℃ and 10% chlorine remains in volatile gas and residue. The yield of combustible gas increases and the yield of tar and residue decreases with the increasing of final pyrolysis temperature.
