摘要
垃圾热解-焚烧技术工业化的关键在于热解能耗的高低。通过外热式回转窑垃圾的热解试验,对设备连续给料稳态运行时热解能耗中的热解反应热及其测试方法进行分析。提出了电表测量法和能量平衡分析法2种反应热测试方法,可为垃圾热解-焚烧炉的设计及运行提供参考。
The crux of industrilization for MSW Pyrolysis incineration technology is the high or low energy consumption. Through MSW Pyrolysis test in externally heated type ratory kiln, the reactive heat in pyrolysis energy consumption and its test method during the period of continuous material -feeding into the equipment in stable operation have been analysed. The two proposed test methods, namely the measurement method using watt - hour meter and the analysis method of energy balance,can provide reference for design and operation of MSW Pyrolysis - incinerator.
