摘要
从摩擦磨损的机理出发 ,探讨了在活塞气缸摩擦副之间人为建立“第三物体”的方法。根据铝活塞材料的晶体结构特点 ,巧妙地利用化学热处理方法 ,改善了活塞在气缸内运动时的摩擦学特性。证明了改善活塞的摩擦 ,可以缩小活塞配缸间隙 ,提高发动机的性能 ;利用台架发动机拉缸试验 ,对新的活塞进行了极为严格的考核 ,在节能和排放两个方面取得了满意的效果。
According to the mechanism of friction and wear,the method named 'third object 'established artificially between the piston and cylinder was explored.Considering the crystal structure characteristics,improving the piston tribological property during the operation in cylinder was reached by using chemical heat treatment skillfully.It was confined that optimizing the piston-cylinder tribological property could decrease the clearance between the piston and cylinder,and improve the engine performance.The cylinder-scoring test was carried out for a new piston.Through the stringent assessment it was shown that the satisfied results of fuel economy improving and exhaust emissions controlling was obtained.
