摘要
本文介绍了岭回归分析法测定速效伤风胶囊中两个组分含量的原理。结果表明该法简便、快速、准确。扑热息痛和咖啡因的回收率分别为100.0%～100.7%和99.4～100.5%,变异系数分别为0.25%和0.39%.
In this paper proposed is a basic principle for the determination of the components of Paracetamol and Coffeine of Suxiao Shangfeng capsules by ridge regression analysis which proved simple, rapid and accurate, because simultaneous quantitative analysis of the two components could be accomplished without preliminary separation. The recovery was 99.9～100.7% for Paracetamol, C.V=0.27% and 99.4～100.5% for coffeine, C.V=0.39%.
