摘要
本文首次报导烟草人工种子技术研究的进展情况:初步建立起体细胞培养体系,探索出体细胞胚胎发生的诱导技术;测定了包括埋物的某些理化特性;包埋腋芽和胚状体所合成的人工种子在实验室培养条件下得以萌发.
It is the first report on the proceeding in technological studies of artificial seed preparation of tobacco. The substantive developments have been achieved on inducing techniques of somatic embryogenesis; The system of somatic culture has been tentatively set up and some physical and chemical characteristics of the capsule matters had been determined. The artificial seed of capsulated axillary bud and embryoid has germinated in our laboratory.
