摘要
以蕹菜(IpomoeaaquaticaForsk.)小叶品种带芽节段为繁殖体,用4%海藻酸钠(加入MS基本培养基及3%蔗糖)和2%氯化钙包裹制作人工种子。结果表明,较佳繁殖体的腋芽长度为0.5~3mm的带芽节段;人工种子在MS琼脂培养基上的萌发率达引.02%,在营养土中的成苗率为27.59%,幼苗移栽成活率100%;低温(4±1℃)贮藏30、60和90天后,萌发率分别为42%、26%和18%。
The nodes with axillary buds from Ipomoea aquatica Forsk. were encapsulated with 4% sodium alginate (basal MS medium with 3% sucrose) and 2% calcium chloride as artificial seeds. The better propagators were the nodes with 0.5-3mm long axillary buds. The germination frequency of artificial seeds reached 51.02% on MS agar medium and their seedling frequency reach 27.59% in humus soil. The seedlings were all well established when they were planted in the field. The germination frequency of artificial seeds were 42%,26% and 18% respectively after storage at lower temperature (4 ±1℃ ) for 30, 60 and 90 days.
