摘要
对当前我国出口日本的主栽切花菊品种"神马"的叶片内源GA3含量与其相对应的腋芽萌发长度进行分析。结果表明:在不同植株相同部位,其叶片内源GA3相对含量和绝对含量与其腋芽萌发长度呈中度正相关和低度正相关关系;在同一植株不同部位,叶片内源GA3相对含量与其相对应的腋芽萌发长度呈完全正相关关系,叶片内源GA3绝对含量与其相对应的腋芽萌发长度呈高度正相关关系。
In this paper, experiment has been conducted with "shenma" chrysanthemum, the main China's export vartcty to Japan, through correlation analysis of endogenous GA3 content in leaves and its corresponding to the length of axillary buds sprouting, the result indicates that when compared exactly same positions within the variety. The relative content of endogenous GA3 and germination of the length of its axillary buds showed moderate positive correlation. The absolute content of endogenous GA3 and germination of the length of its axillary buds was low positive eorrelation. and when compared different positions within individuals. The relative content of endogenous GA3 and germination of the length of its axillary buds was completely positive correlation. The absolute content of endogenous GA3 and germination of the length of its axiliary buds was highly positive correlation.
