PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE IN AN INTELLIGENT CONTROL-MAINTENANCE-MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

摘要 智能控制—维护—管理系统是自动化领域的发展方向 ,以状态监测和预测为基础的预知维护是实现智能控制—维护—管理系统的基础之一 ;预知维护是监测与预测、诊断与预诊断、维护策略制定三要素的集成 ;预知维护也是 ICMMS平台研究的重点之一 ,在 ICMMS平台对电液伺服机构的预知维护进行了重点研究 。 The intelligent control- maintenance- m anagem ent system ICMMS is a trend in automation engineering,and the monitoring and forecasting based predictive maintenance is its foundation.Predictive maintenance is the integration of three essentials,namely,m onitoring and forecasting,diagnosis and prognosis,and the formulation of the maintenance strategy. Predictive m aintenance is also one of the focal points in the study of the ICMMS platform.For this platform,predictive maintenance is applied to electro- hydraulic servomechanism via artificial neural network ANN technology.
