摘要
将现场总线和以太网技术应用于水电厂闸门控制系统,实现水电厂闸门的现地控制、厂内集中监控、远方监控三级控制。详细探讨了两级现场总线网络的实现,并给出了通信程序示例。两年多的现场运行表明,这样的闸门控制系统满足现代水电厂综合自动化建设的需要,为实现水电厂智能控制-维护-管理集成系统(ICMMS)奠定了坚实的基础。
Fieldbus and Ethernet are applied to the control system of sluice gate,the three-layer control structure that consists of field, plant and remote control is realized. The implementation of two-layer fieldbus networks is introduced in details. The more than two years suuesstul operation of this control system proves that this control system meets the needs of integrated automation of modern hydropower plant and paves the way for the ICMMS (Integrate Control-Maintenance-Management System)of hydropower plant.
