摘要
企业面对多变的内外部条件 ,处于动态、随机、模糊环境下 .在这种环境下 ,企业如何决策自己的发展规划 ,制定合理的计划 ,并确保计划目标的实现 ,是一个关键的问题 .应用多阶段决策理论 ,结合随机与模糊理论 ,构造了企业多阶段动态发展模型 ,建立了全状态转移矩阵 ,提出了随机熵权等概念 ,并对典型的动态发展与随机模糊企业系统——煤矿企业系统进行生产接续计划的编制 ,力争对多阶段决策理论和随机模糊理论的发展有所贡献 .
Facing the changeable, internal and external conditions, enterprise falls into a dynamic, stochastic and fuzzy environment. Under this circumstances, how does the enterprise make its own the program of development, draft the rational plan and ensure the implementation of goal, these are a critical problem. Authors applie the fuzzy-random decision-making methods and theories of the multi-step, multi-goal and multi-factor system to solving the problems of enterprises planning under the changeable and dynamic internal-external condition. The all-state transferring matrix and stochastic entropy weight had been put forth to make a contribution to develop the theories of the multi-step decision-making. Combining with a mining production, the practical production connecting plan had been made.
