摘要
目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱法测定氢醌无水凝胶的含量。方法 :以Resolve C18(4.6mm× 15 0mm ,5μm)柱为分析柱 ;甲醇 水 (1∶1)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 80nm ,以咖啡因为内标物 ,按峰面积内标法计算。 结果 :平均回收率为 97.88% ,RSD为 0 .71% (n =6 ) ,氢醌在 5~ 5 0 μg·mL-1范围内浓度与峰面积比呈良好的线形关系 ,r =0 .9997。结论 :此方法简便、快速、准确 ,有效地控制了该制剂的质量。
Objective:To establish a RP HPLC method for determination of anhydrous hydroquinone gel.Methods:A Resolve C 18 column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),a mobile phase consisted of MeOH∶H 2O=1∶1,and an UV detector at 280 nm were adopted in the analysis using caffeine as internal standard.Results:An average recovery of 97.88% was obtained with a RSD of 0.71%( n =6).The linear range for hydroquinone was 5~50μg·mL -1 with the regression coefficient of 0.9997.Conclusion:Data obtained suggests that it is a simple,rapid and accurate method for determination of anhydrous hydroquinone gel. [
