摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定偏三甲苯和2,3,5-三甲基苯醌含量的方法。结果表明,采用C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)反向色谱柱,流动相甲醇与水的体积比90:10,检测波长255 nm,267 nm,偏三甲苯和三甲基苯醌分离良好,质量浓度检出限分别是130~660 mg/L和12~45 mg/L,平均回收率分别为101.9%和101.9%。该方法准确度高、重现性好,能够快速准确同时检测出2,3,5-三甲基苯醌生产中偏三甲苯和2,3,5-三甲基苯醌的含量。
A method for the simultaneous determination of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene and 2,3,5-trimethylphenylhydrazine content by HPLC was established.Using C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)reverse chromatography column,volume ratio of mobile phase methanol and water was 90:10,detection wavelength was 255 nm and 267 nm,1,2,4-trimethylbenzene and 2,3,5-Trimethylquinone were well separated,detection range of mass concentration were 130~660 mg/L and 12~45 mg/L,and the average recovery rates were 101.88%and 101.93%,respectively.The method had high accuracy and good reproducibility,and could quickly and accurately detect the content of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene and 2,3,5-trimethylphenylhydrazine.
