摘要
〔目的〕建立了GC -MS法同时测定车间空气中 2 4种有机溶剂的方法。,〔方法〕用活性炭采集空气中有机溶剂 ,CS2 解吸 ,经FFAP毛细管柱分离 ,用GC -MS仪全扫描方式检测。〔结果〕变异系数在 1.0 %～ 5 .0 %之间 ,相关系数在0 .998～ 1.0 0 0之间 ,检出限在 0 .13× 10 -3 μg～ 6 .85× 10 -3 μg之间。〔结论〕该方法灵敏、准确、快速。
Objective〕 A GC-MS medthod was developed to determinat e 24 kinds of organic solvents in the air of workplace. 〔Methods〕 The workplace air was collected by active carbon tube, desorpted by CS_2, sepa rated by FFAP capillary column and determinated by GC-MS using SCAN mode. 〔Results〕 The RSDs was 1.0%～5.0%,the limits of detection were lo w (0.13×10^-3μg～6.85×10^-3μg) and the correlation coefficient was 0.998～1.000.〔Conclusions〕 The method is sensitive, accurate and rapid.
