摘要
采用均匀设计实验方案 ,进行了渣油悬浮床中压加氢裂化工艺研究。以水溶性双金属钼 -镍催化剂处理常压渣油 ,5 0 0h连续运转得到的馏分油 (低于 5 38℃ )收率超过 70 % ,进行尾油循环后馏分油 (低于 5 38℃ )收率超过 80 %。
Residuum suspended bed hydrocracking process at medium pressure was studied by using homogeneous design experimental project. Using water-soluble Mo-Ni bimetallic catalyst to treat atmospheric residuum, the total yield of the distillates(below 538 ℃) was over 70% in the 500 h continuous running and the yield of the distillates after tail oil circulation was over 80%.
