摘要
报道一种应用于昆虫性信息素结构鉴定的气相色谱 -微量化学反应技术 ,作为 GC-MS的辅助手段为质谱的解释给出有力佐证 .用十二醛、十二醇、及十二醇醋酸酯混合物为样品 ,十六烷为内标物 ,各反应物用量在 5 0~ 10 0 ng范围内 ,分别选用硼氢化钠、醋酐、或氢氧化钾甲醇溶液与之反应可明显地扣除上述 3种组份并生成相应的衍生物 .与已有的方法相比该法更为灵敏。
Application of GC microchemical reaction to the structure identification of insect sex pheromone was reported in this paper as an auxiliary method of GC MS. This method can give a strong evidence to the resolution of MS. NaBH 4 (CH 3CO) 2O and KOH/MeOH were respectively used to react with the sample which contained 50~100 ng of dodecanal, dodecanol, dodecyl acetate, and cetane used as the internal standard compound. The three ingredients were substracted considerably and corresponding derivative compounds were formed. This method is more sensitive, more simple and more accurate than old methods.
