摘要
为了更好地利用植物挥发物对杨扇舟蛾(Clostera anachoreta Fabricius)进行监测和生物防治,分别测定了其成虫对14种植物挥发物的EAG和行为反应。EAG测定结果表明:1 mol/L的叶醇和稀释100倍的薄荷油均能引起杨扇舟蛾强烈的EAG反应(P<0.01)。"Y"型嗅觉仪测定结果表明:10-1mol/L的叶醇对杨扇舟蛾成虫的引诱率最大,达到64%;10-1mol/L的α-蒎烯对杨扇舟蛾成虫的驱避率最大,达到64%。
A study was conducted to test the electreantennographie (EAG) and behavioral responses of adults of Clostera anachoreta Fabricius to 14 plant volatile compounds to find the alternative methods for monitoring and controlling of C. anachoreta. The adults exhibited very strong EAG responses ( P〈0.01 ) to 1 mol/L leaf alcohol or 100-fold dilution of pepper- mint essential oil. The results of responsive behavior in Y-type olfactometer tests indicated the highest percentage (64 percent) of the C. anachoreta adults attracted to 0. 1 mol/L leaf alcohol. The repellent effect of 0. 1 mol/L α-pinene against the C. anachoreta adults was most obvious, and the repellent rate reached 64 percent.
