摘要
用高压静电干燥设备与真空冷冻干燥设备对特异性免疫初乳乳清及其浓缩物进行了同步干燥实验。结果表明,高压静电干燥对IgG的含量和免疫活性都无显著影响,但干燥后样品板结,状态不如冷冻干燥,干燥工艺有待于进一步改进。这一结果说明了高压静电干燥技术在免疫初乳制品的生产上有广阔的应用前景。
Colostrum and concentrated colostrum whey of specific immune milk dried by high voltage electrostatic dryer and vacuum freeze dryer.The result indicates that high voltage electrostatic field has no notable bad effect on contents and activity of the IgG in the immune colostrum and concentrated colostrum whey.The high voltage electrostatic drying sample is concreted,its status and quality are not better than that of the vacuum freeze drying samples.It proved that the high voltage electrostatic drying technology has certain prospect in the field of immune milk production,however,it still need some improvement in the process or on the equipment.
