摘要
本文从诸子管理文化的互补与趋同出发 ,比较了西方管理学史上的科学主义与人本主义 ,剖析了东方与西方两个管理思想体系的类同变迁 。
The joint and the recruitment of the culture before Qin dynasty is researched in this essay,which is compared with the scientism and humanism in the history of modern management theory,further the similar change in the two system of management culture is analysed,therefore an important question is raised for the modernization of traditional management.
