银屑病人群微量元素营养状况的临床流行病学分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :为进一步调查银屑病人群微量元素的体内营养状况与疾病的关系 ,特进行本次病例—对照研究。方法 :以专病门诊一段时间内确诊的银屑病患者为观察对象进行毛发中铜、铁、锌、钙、镁 5种元素的测定 ,所得数据按不同病程、不同病情分组统计比较。结果 :银屑病人群毛发中锌含量明显低于对照人群 ,钙、镁含量明显高于正常人群 ,且锌的降低程度在不同病情、病程组间差异也有显著性。结论 :银屑病患者体内微量元素水平明显紊乱 。 Objective:Inordertostudy the realationship between the nutrient state of the trace element and the disease,we take a case-contral study among the psoriasis patients,Method:Select the diagnosed psoriasis patients from our hospital,and test the copper,iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium from their hair.According to the different course and state of the disease,we divided them into different groups and analysis Result:The zinc content from psoriasis patient's hair are lower significantly than the comparison,calcium,magnesium content are higher significantly than the normal people,and the level of zinc also has signification among the different state and course groups.Conclusion:It's sure that the trace element content in psoriasis patient's body are turbulence.The reason of why zinc content of patient's hair is lower than the comparison is that,we think,the zinc has been lost too much during the course of hyperplasia and pull off bits of the skin.
