摘要
目的测定银屑病患者血中微量元素锌、铜a、锰、铁及硒。方法84例银屑病患者血清微量元素测定采用原子吸收法。结果元素锌的水平在进行期和静止期均下降,铜水平在进行期上升,静止期下降;锰在进行期明显下降,铁在静止期明显上升。结论银屑病患者有生化学方面紊乱表现,适当补充相应缺损的微量元素有利于疾病的治愈。
Objective To detect the trace elements of zinc, copper, manganese, ferrum and selenium in sera of psoriasis cases. Methods The trace elements were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry in 84 cases psoriatic. Results Zinc concentration decreased in cases with either active psoriasis or quiescent phase psoriasis. Serum copper values increased significantly in active phase individuals and decreased in patients with quiescent phase psoriasis. The manganese values decreased in patients with active psoriasis but normal in the other individuals. Serum ferrum increased significantly in patients with quiescent psoriasis. Conclusion The internal environment in patients with psoriasis expressed certain biological disturbances Supplying the lower trace elements lacked might be helpful for the treatment of psoriasis.
