摘要
对几种高性能铁基粉末冶金摇臂镶块的成分、工艺、组织和性能等进行了对比分析和研究,确定了较优的化学成分(%)和工艺为 Fe-4.5Mo-4.9W-3.8Cr-1.6V-0.4Ni-0.5Cu,800℃×1+1300℃×1.5h复压复烧。其组织为回火M+粒状P+K+残余A,密度ρ≥7.30g/cm3、硬度≥52HRC。试制产品通过了台架试验和装车试验。此外,讨论了合金元素、烧结工艺、组织结构等对粉末冶金摇臂镶块性能的影响。
The composition, process, microstructure and properties of the iron-based PM inserted block of rockerarm were studied in this paper. The best composition (Fe-4.5Mo-6.0W-3.8Cr-1.6V-0.4Ni-0.5Cu, w%) and repress-ing-resintering process (800℃×1h+1300℃×1.5h) were obtained by experiment. Its microstructure is M+P+K+A,and density≥7.30g/cm3, hardness≥52HRC. The products can meet the engine performance requirement and havebeen applied in the mini-vehicle engine. The effects of the composition, process and microstructure on the proper-ties of the product were also discussed.
