摘要 研究了高能球磨机粉磨锐钛矿型TiO2 的机械力化学变化过程。发现在一定操作参数 (行星磨公转转速30 0r/min、自转 2 0 0r/min)条件下 ,粉磨初期 (5h)为无定形形成期 ,颗粒粒度减小 ,晶格畸变 ,转变为无定形 ,并形成金红石型TiO2 晶核 ;粉磨中期 (5~ 15h)为晶粒长大期 ,金红石型TiO2 晶粒长大 ;粉磨后期 (15h以后 )为动态平衡期 ,晶粒长大与粉磨引起的晶粒减小处于动态平衡 ;XRD、TEM、FT IR研究表明 :行星磨粉磨锐钛矿型TiO2 可使晶型转变为金红石型TiO2 ,晶粒尺寸为 14 .1nm ,颗粒尺寸为 2 0~ 4 0nm。 The process of mechanochemisty for ground anatase TiO 2 by a plenary mill was studied in the operating condition of mill that the velocity of its revolution and rotation were 300 r/min and 200 r/min respectively. The results showed that it could be divided into three periods as the amorphous forming period (0-5 h), the crystalline grown period (5-15 h) and the equilibrium period (after 15 h). In the initial time the particle size decreased, the lattice distorted, transferred into amorphous and formed the crystalline nucleus of rutile TiO 2. Then the crystalline particle of rutile TiO 2 grew up. Lastly, growing and decreasing of crystalline particle was in a dynamic equilibrium. The anatase TiO 2 can be transformed into rutile TiO 2 by mechanochemistry, its crystalline size was 14.1nm and its particle size was 20 to 40 nm detected by XRD, TEM and FT IR.
