摘要
以钛酸四丁酯和硝酸钇为原料 ,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了掺杂Y的TiO2 纳米材料 ,通过XRD、TEM对产物的晶体结构、晶粒大小、形貌进行了表征 ,TG -DTA研究了TiO2 在锐钛型和金红石型之间的晶型转变过程。结果表明 ,产物为纳米微粒 ,平均粒径为 30nm左右。
Nanosized TiO 2 and Y/TiO 2 were synthesized from Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 and Y(NO 3) 3 by sol gel method. XRD,TEM show the structure, size and appearance. The phase transition between anatase and rutile of TiO 2 was studied by TG DTA, and the results indicate that the mean grain size of TiO 2 crystalline is about 30nm.
