摘要
目的 :制定活血王质量标准。方法 :比色法测定三七总苷的含量 ,分光光度法对紫丹参进行鉴别 ,对三七总苷进行了薄层色谱鉴别。结果 :加样回收率平均为 10 0 .90 % (RSD=1.0 3,n=6 )。结论 :方法稳定、可靠 。
OBJECTIVE:To study the quality standard of King of the blood promotion.METHODS:Notoginsenoside was identified by TLC and Radix salviae miltiorrhizae used UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The average recovery is 100.96% (RSD=1.03, n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate, reliable and can be used for quality control of King of the blood promotion.
