摘要
〔目的〕采用活性炭管采集 ,溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定 ,探索检测条件、方法的灵敏度、采样效率和解吸效率。〔结果〕研究车间空气中丙基溴的测定方法 ,为制订卫生标准和标准检验方法提供依据。〔结果〕该法平均采样效率为98.4% ;平均解吸效率为 94.3% ;采样 2 .0L时最低检测浓度为 2 .4mg/m3 丙基溴 ;总不确定度为 8.2 %。〔结论〕该方法简单、灵敏、适用、重现性好 。
睴bjective〕 In order to formulate sanitation standard and offerbasis to standard detecting method, we study on the method of detecting Propylbromide in the air of workplace.〔Method〕 Activated carbon is selected, The sorbent desorb and gas chromatography is used in this experiment, We probe thecondition, analyse the sensitivity, trapping officiency and desorption efficiency of this method.〔Results〕 The average trapping efficiency is 98.4%, the average desorption efficiency is 94.3%, and the total uncertainty is 8.2%, when the trapping volume is 2.0 Litters the lowest detecting concentration of Propyl bromide (1-Bromopropane) is 2.4mg/m 3.〔Conclusion〕 This method is simple, sensitive, proper and repeats well. The results are satisfied.
