摘要
[目的 ]研究车间空气中溴丙烷的测定方法 ,为制订卫生标准和标准检验方法提供依据。 [方法 ]采用活性炭管采集 ,溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定 ,探索检测条件、方法的灵敏度、采样效率和解吸效率。 [结果 ]该法平均采样效率为 98 4% ;平均解吸效率为 94 3 % ;采样 2 0L时最低检测浓度为 2 4mg/m3 溴丙烷 ;总不确定度为 8 2 %。 [结论 ]该方法简单、灵敏、适用、重现性好 。
In order to establish health standard and standard analysis method,we study the method for detecting 1 bromopropane in the air of workplace. Activated carbon as adsorbent,the solvent desorb and gas chromatography were used in this study. We probed the condition,analysed the sensitivity,trapping and desorption efficiency of this method. The average trapping efficiency was 98 4%,the average desorption efficiency was 94 3%,and the total uncertainty was 8 2%,when the trapping volume was 2 0 L,the lowest detected concentration of 1 bromopropane was 2 4 mg/m 3. [Conclusion] This method is simple,sensitive,proper and well repeatitional. The method is satisfied for pratical use.
