摘要 目的 :检测一次性使用筷子与普通筷子上的细菌污染情况 ,比较两者有无差别。方法 :用稀释倾注平板法 ,细菌鉴别试验法对 40份一次性筷子和 40份普通筷子进行细菌含量及种类的测定。结果 :一次性筷子的细菌检出率为 97.5 % ,普通筷子的细菌检出率为 10 0 % ,两者之间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,细菌菌种分布情况亦基本相同。结论 :使用一次性筷子并不比普通竹筷子卫生 。 Objective: To determine the bacterial contamination of disposable sanitary chopsticts and bamboo chopsticts, and compare whether there is difference between them in the bacterial contamination.Methods: With releasing peuring platform methods and bacteria identification methods, 40 pairs of disposable sanitary chopsticks and bamboo ones were determined for the contents and the species of bacteria.Results: There was no much difference between the rate with bacteria of disposable sanitary chopsticks (97.5%) and that of bamboo ones (100%), the distribution of bacterial species was hardly same.Conclusion: The disposable santinary chopsticks is not nore hygiene than that of bamboo ones. So it is suggested that the department concerned limit the production of disposable sanitary chopsticks.
