摘要 以氟比洛芬为内标 ,采用固相萃取 -紫外检测的 HPL C法同时测定人血浆中阿西美辛和吲哚美辛。灵敏度和选择性均高 ,最低定量限为 2 0 ng/ ml,线性范围为 2 0~ 10 0 0 ng/ ml。 A highly sensitive and selective HPLC method for the determination of acemetacin and its metabolite indomethacin in human plasma was developed. The method involves the use of solid phase extraction follwed by HPLC with UV detection, using flurbiprofen as the internal standard. The limit of quantification for the two compounds in human plasma were 20 ng/ml and the linear ranges were 20~1000 ng/ml. Chromatograms of drug free plasma showed no interfering peak.
