钢丝厚镀锌连续生产工艺改进

摘要 为适应市场发展的要求 ,对引进的厚镀锌生产线工艺进行了调整 ,脱脂铅温调整为 4 0 0~ 4 10℃ ,锌温定为 4 5 0± 5℃ ,为减少锌液表面的氧化 ,在其上覆盖碳化稻壳和煤渣碎粒 ,并控制上加热炉气氛为还原性气氛 ;为防止“白锈”产生 ,启用水冷装置时严格控制喷水量。结果表明 :进口设备的性能得到充分发挥。 In order to suit market development,the thick galvanizing process in imported production line is regulated,the degrease temperature is regulated to 400~410?℃,the zinc temperature is set at(450±5)℃.In order to reduce oxidation,zinc liquid surface is covered carbonized rice husk and broken coal slag,and the atmosphere in the up heating furnace is controlled into reduction atmosphere.To control water spary quantity strictly when using water cooling equipment so as to protect producing'white rust'.The result shows that the property of imported equipment can be brought into full play by means of above measures.
