摘要
探讨了循环型社会的三个基本理念、三个操作原则和三种实践模式 ,简要分析了日本循环型社会的法律、政策系统结构 。
The paper discusses the three kinds of basic ideas,operating principles and practical models,briefly analyzes the laws and structure of policies of the circular society in Japan,and then puts forward several suggestions in constructing the circular society in China during the present stage.\;
