摘要
科学的发展观为我国现阶段发展循环经济提供了重要的理论指导和操作原则。目前,我国的循环经济发展总体上还处于"概念引入、理念开发、思路探索"阶段,以新的发展观推进循环经济显得尤为必要和迫切。具体应从以下方面入手:以科学的发展观,在全社会形成优良的环境文化;以人为本,促进循环经济的人力资源开发,统筹兼顾,从不同层面推进循环经济的实践。
The scientific outlook on development affords theoretic guide and practising principle of developing cycling economy at current stage.Our cycle economy development is the stage of concept,idea development and probing thought.It is very important to promote cycle economy in accordance with the scientific outlook on development.Our work is:developing a good culture environment.promoting human resource development of cycle economy in accordance with people first and cycle economy practice at all levels,unified planning with due consideration for all concerned.
