摘要
目的 :研究皮肤鳞癌 (SSCC)中 p6 3的表达 ,探讨其在 SSCC多阶段发生中与癌增殖、分化的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化 (L SAB)方法研究 6 8例 SSCC中 p6 3的表达。结果 :在正常上皮、毛滤泡中 p6 3主要表达在具有增生潜能的基底层细胞 ,在终未分化的角化细胞中缺如。高分化癌中 p6 3呈环状分布于癌巢周围 ,低分化癌中 p6 3阳性细胞增多 ,分布紊乱。 p6 3在皮肤表皮内肿瘤 (SIN) 级中明显高于癌旁正常或增生上皮 ,在 SSCC中也显著高于后者 ,并在癌的不同分化中有显著差异。结论 :在 SSCC中由免疫组化显示 p6 3过表达的癌细胞常是获得了更具增殖、侵袭和间变能力的细胞类型 ,p6 3过表达是判断
Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of p63 in skin squamous cell carcinoma(SSCC) multistep carcinogenesis.Method:Sixty-eight cases of SSCC were studied using immunohistochemistry staining method for monoclone antibody p63.Results:In paracarcinoma normal or proliferative human epidermis ,in hair follicles, p63 protein was principally restricted to cell-basal cell, with high proliferative potential and absent from the cells that were keratinocyte undergoing terminal differentiation. In high differentiated tumors , p63 was confined to a ring of basal-like cells surrounding, In low differentiated tumors, most cells contained p63 and their distribution was chaotic with respect to centers of terinmal differentiation. Stronger p63 overexpressions could be seen in SSCC and skin intraepithelial neoplasm(SIN)Ⅲ degree than that in paracarcinoma normal or proliferation epithelial. A significant correlation between expression of the p63 and SSCC differentiated was observed.Conclusion: Overexpressions of p63 may be as SSCC and acquire a more aggressive and anaplasia phenotype , p63 appear to be a valuable for the proliferation and differentiation of SSCC.
