摘要
在微波照射的条件下 ,用苯甲醛、丙二酸为原料 ,以乙酸铵为催化剂在无溶剂的条件下进行缩合反应 ,直接合成 (E) -肉桂酸 .反应时间 6min ,反应温度 110℃ ,产率为 95 % ,产物纯度为 98.5 % .
E) -Cinnamic acids were directly synthesized from benzyl aldehyde and malonic acid with ammonium acetate as catalyst in solvent free system under microwave irradiation. The time of reaction is 6~8 min. The temperature of reaction is 110 ℃.The yield is 95.5%. The product's purity is 98.5%.
