摘要
通过对来自我国深圳市企业的 75 2名被调查者构成的一个群体进行实证分析 ,对企业雇员流失意图的决定因素做了初步的研究。研究发现 :工作满意度显著地影响流失意图 ;教育、所在行业、平均月收入也对流失意图有显著的影响 ;工作满意度可能是人口变量、职业变量与流失意图之间的中间变量。
Based on an empirical analysis on a sample composed of 752 subjects from enterprises in Shenzhen, this paper explored the determinant factors of employee's turnover intention. Job satisfaction was found to have a significant impact on turnover intention. So did educational level, industries and average month income. Job satisfaction was also suggested to be a mediate variable between demographic variables, job related variables and turnover intention.
